Sprinkle loads of chopped parsley on top, then dig in while it’s still steaming.

Toss the drained pasta and sausage in the skillet. Make sure everything gets drenched in that tasty sauce.

Toss in honey, BBQ sauce, paprika, chili (or cayenne), salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir and let it bubble over medium heat for a few minutes, just till it thickens a little.

If you need to, splash in more olive oil. Toss in the chopped garlic and stir around for about a minute, just until it smells awesome.

Pour olive oil in your big skillet, crank up the heat to medium-high. Brown those sausage slices for 5-7 minutes, turning here and there, till they’re crispy on the edges. Take them out and leave them aside for now.

Fill a big pot with salty water. When it’s boiling, drop in the rotini and cook till they’ve got a little bite. Drain off the water and put the pasta to the side.
