Strawberry Banana Crunch (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Pudding Base

01 - 480 ml cold milk
02 - 1 box (96 g) vanilla instant pudding mix

→ Filling and Toppings

03 - 110 g crushed vanilla wafers or golden Oreos
04 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced
05 - 170 g fresh strawberries, sliced
06 - 240 ml whipped cream or whipped topping
07 - 60 g strawberry crunch topping (crushed freeze-dried strawberries and cookie crumbs)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Pop your finished dessert in the fridge for at least an hour so everything blends together and gets nice and cool.
02 - Smooth a layer of the strawberry crunch topping over your last bit of pudding. If you want it even fancier, add extra banana or strawberry slices.
03 - Just keep adding pudding, then more fruit, then more cookies. Make sure that last layer is a big spread of pudding.
04 - Pile up sliced strawberries and bananas over the pudding, then sprinkle a solid layer of crushed cookies all over.
05 - Drop some of your pudding mixture into the bottom of your big dish or serving cups.
06 - Take a spatula and gently fold your whipped cream into the pudding mix. Don’t overmix. Just go until it’s fluffy and all together.
07 - Grab a big bowl and mix your pudding powder into cold milk. Whisk hard for a couple of minutes, until it thickens up. Let it chill in the fridge for a few minutes.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Bananas turn out best if they’re extra ripe – they’re softer and super sweet.
02 - Whisk your pudding and milk pretty good so it’s nice and smooth, not lumpy.
03 - Sprinkle the strawberry topping over the whole top so every scoop gets the yummy crunch.
