# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 160°C/320°F (normal) or 140°C/275°F (fan-forced). Line cupcake pans with paper liners. Combine sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Add butter and beat until it looks crumbly.
02 - Toss milk, eggs, vanilla, butter, sour cream, tequila, and oil into the mix. Turn the mixer to low and blend till smooth. Scrape the sides, then mix again for another 20 seconds.
03 - Divide the batter evenly between two bowls. Add pink and red coloring with the strawberry flavor to one bowl, and yellow color with mango flavor to the other. Stir well.
04 - Spoon or pipe the yellow batter first, then swirl the pink batter on top in the cupcake liners. Bake for 40–50 minutes. Once done, cool the cupcakes fully on a wire rack.
05 - Split the frosting into two parts. Color one with yellow gel and mango flavor, and the other with pink/red gels and strawberry flavor. Stir each bowl until smooth and fully colored.
06 - Use a tiny bit of water to lightly dampen the cupcake edges, then roll in sugar. Pipe on colorful swirls of frosting with a star tip. Add halved strawberries, wedge limes, and a small straw for flair.
