Strawberry White Wine (Print-Friendly Version)

120 ml simple syrup

170 g frozen pink lemonade concentrate

1 litre club soda, chilled

1.5 litres Sauvignon Blanc, kept cold

# Step-by-Step Directions:

Dump the simple syrup and lemonade concentrate into a bowl. Stir them up till smooth and blended well.

Add your cold Sauvignon Blanc to a big pitcher or drink dispenser. Fold in the lemon syrup mixture and swirl together nice and easy.

Mix in lemon slices, raspberries, and strawberries. Give things a gentle stir and let it sit 10 to 15 minutes so the flavors really come out.

Wait till you’re ready to serve before adding club soda and some ice. Give another slow stir. Pour into glasses and toss on your favorite garnish if you want.

If your drink dispenser has a tap, line the inside with cheesecloth so fruit bits don’t block things up.
