01 - 120 ml simple syrup

02 - 170 g frozen pink lemonade concentrate

03 - 1 litre club soda, chilled

04 - 1.5 litres Sauvignon Blanc, kept cold

05 - 1 pint fresh raspberries, washed and drained

06 - 2 cups strawberries, trimmed and sliced up

07 - 1 lemon, thinly cut and rinsed

01 - Dump the simple syrup and lemonade concentrate into a bowl. Stir them up till smooth and blended well.

02 - Add your cold Sauvignon Blanc to a big pitcher or drink dispenser. Fold in the lemon syrup mixture and swirl together nice and easy.

03 - Mix in lemon slices, raspberries, and strawberries. Give things a gentle stir and let it sit 10 to 15 minutes so the flavors really come out.

04 - Wait till you’re ready to serve before adding club soda and some ice. Give another slow stir. Pour into glasses and toss on your favorite garnish if you want.
