Cheesy Meatloaf Creation (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 pounds of juicy ground beef (prefer 80/20 mix)
02 - 1 cup regular breadcrumbs
03 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
04 - 1 big egg
05 - 1/4 cup cold milk
06 - 1 tiny onion, chopped finely
07 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed up
08 - 1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
09 - 1 teaspoon tangy Worcestershire sauce
10 - Salt, however much you want
11 - Black pepper, sprinkle as needed
12 - 2 cups melty mozzarella cheese
13 - 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
14 - Handful of chopped parsley for topping

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Get your oven nice and warm at 350°F (175°C).
02 - Grab a big bowl and throw in your beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, onion, garlic bits, Italian herbs, Worcestershire, plus some salt and pepper. Squish it all together really well.
03 - Spread some parchment paper or plastic wrap out and push your meat mix into a flat rectangle about an inch thick.
04 - Scatter your mozzarella all over the meat but leave a small border around the edges.
05 - Using your paper to help, slowly roll up the meat from one end. Press the edges shut and put it in your baking dish with the seam facing down.
06 - Smear ketchup all over the top to make it tasty and shiny.
07 - Stick it in your hot oven for about an hour until it hits 160°F (70°C) inside.
08 - Pull it out and don't cut it right away. Wait 10 minutes so all the juices stay inside. Toss some parsley on top before you serve it.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Try mixing things up by adding some spicy flakes, different cheeses, or veggies you like.
