01 -
Get your oven nice and warm at 350°F (175°C).

                02 -
Grab a big bowl and throw in your beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, onion, garlic bits, Italian herbs, Worcestershire, plus some salt and pepper. Squish it all together really well.

                03 -
Spread some parchment paper or plastic wrap out and push your meat mix into a flat rectangle about an inch thick.

                04 -
Scatter your mozzarella all over the meat but leave a small border around the edges.

                05 -
Using your paper to help, slowly roll up the meat from one end. Press the edges shut and put it in your baking dish with the seam facing down.

                06 -
Smear ketchup all over the top to make it tasty and shiny.

                07 -
Stick it in your hot oven for about an hour until it hits 160°F (70°C) inside.

                08 -
Pull it out and don't cut it right away. Wait 10 minutes so all the juices stay inside. Toss some parsley on top before you serve it.
