                Turn your oven to 350ºF and give a 9x13-inch baking dish a light coat of cooking spray.

                Grab a large skillet and cook your sausage on medium heat until it's fully browned. Make sure to drain off the grease.

                Take a big bowl and mix your potato tots, cooked sausage, and both cheeses together. Put this mixture into your greased dish.

                In another bowl, beat the eggs with milk and add your salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

                Pour your egg mixture all over the potato tot mix in the dish so everything's covered evenly.

                Pop it in the oven without covering it and let it cook for 60-70 minutes, or until you can tell the eggs are fully set.

                You can make this ahead and keep it in the fridge or freezer. Just remember you'll need to change cooking times when you heat it later.
