01 -
Set oven to 175°C and get it hot.
02 -
Heat butter and white chocolate until everything’s melted and smooth, stirring as you go.
03 -
Beat whole eggs, yolks, and white sugar in another bowl until fluffy and pale.
04 -
Pour in vanilla extract and mix it into your egg blend.
05 -
Add the melted chocolate mix to the egg bowl. Stir until it's all one smooth mix.
06 -
Sift together salt and flour in a different bowl.
07 -
Carefully fold the flour stuff into the wet mixture. Stop as soon as it looks combined so it doesn’t get tough.
08 -
Fold the 50 g freeze-dried strawberries gently into the batter.
09 -
Grease and flour a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) pan and pour your batter inside.
10 -
Bake between 25 and 30 minutes. A toothpick should come out with some moist crumbs.
11 -
Wait until everything’s fully cool before frosting.
12 -
Mix powdered sugar, freeze-dried strawberries, and milk together until smooth.
13 -
Spread that frosting evenly over the cooled brownies.
14 -
Slice into squares and enjoy.
