Mix the flour, Greek yogurt, and monk fruit sugar together. Use your hands to knead until it sticks and holds together well.

Divide the dough into about 20 pieces, each around 15 grams.

Cook in an air fryer at 400°F (204°C) for 6 to 7 minutes until lightly browned. Or bake at the same temp until golden.

Stir the powdered sweetener into water until you get a smooth, runny glaze.
