Crispy Air Fryer Bacon (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Pork

01 - 4 or 5 raw bacon strips

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Turn your air fryer to 350°F (177°C) and let it warm up for 3 minutes or follow what your machine says.
02 - Lay the bacon strips flat in the air fryer basket. If they’re too long, cut them in half. You can tuck the ends up the sides of the basket if you want to keep them whole.
03 - Let the bacon crisp up for about 8 to 10 minutes without flipping. If you cut the slices, cook for 7 to 9 minutes. Thick slices need about 9 to 12 minutes to get crispy.
04 - Take the bacon out and put it on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up the extra grease.
05 - Eat the bacon right away for the best taste.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - If you’re making more bacon, repeat the cooking steps and wipe out excess grease so your air fryer doesn’t smoke.
02 - Keep leftover bacon in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
03 - You can freeze the cooled bacon in a labeled bag for up to 6 months.
04 - To warm and crisp it back up, use the microwave, air fryer, or pan. Always drain it on paper towels before eating.
