Warm up your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Put the cooking oil in a big skillet and let it get hot on medium-high.

Toss in the minced beef and cook till it's no longer pink, breaking it into small bits as you go.

Throw in the chopped onion and crushed garlic, cooking till the onion goes clear.

Mix in your veggie mix and let everything cook together for 2-3 more minutes.

Drop in your cold rice, breaking any lumps. Pour the dark soy and oyster sauce over everything, then stir till it's all mixed up.

Sprinkle salt and pepper till it tastes good to you.

Dump the whole mix into a baking dish and flatten it out.

Stick it in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes until the top gets a bit crunchy.
