A single serving of baked oats stuffed with blueberry jam and protein for a filling and yummy morning or snack option.

# Ingredients List:

→ Oat Blend

01 - 80 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
02 - 15 g vanilla protein powder
03 - 30 g old fashioned rolled oats
04 - 1.25 ml salt
05 - 80 g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
06 - 45 ml liquid egg whites
07 - 2.5 ml ground cinnamon
08 - 1.25 ml baking powder

→ Blueberry Mix

09 - 5 ml Swerve sweetener (brown and granular mix)
10 - 70 g frozen blueberries
11 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Heat the oven to 175°C. Spray a 300 ml oven-friendly ramekin lightly with nonstick spray.
02 - Put all the oat blend parts in a small blender and blend until smooth. Keep it aside.
03 - Place frozen blueberries, vanilla, and Swerve in a small pan on medium. Crush a few berries gently and cook till it starts bubbling. Take off the heat.
04 - Pour the oat mix into the ramekin you got ready. Add the blueberry mix right in the center for layers. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven till it's firm.
