Blueberry Treats Explosion (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can of (8-count) Pillsbury Grands biscuits (avoid flaky layers)

→ Filling

02 - 1 cup (262 g) of blueberry pie filling—store-bought works fine or you can make your own

→ Topping

03 - ½ cup (113 g) of melted unsalted butter
04 - 2 tablespoons of white sugar

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Take the biscuits out of the can, split each one into two thinner layers, and press them into 4-inch rounds. You’ll end up making 16 circles.
02 - Put about a tablespoon of the blueberry filling right in the middle of each circle.
03 - Pinch the edges together with your hands to seal the dough up into balls.
04 - Coat both the tops and bottoms of each ball lightly with melted butter, then sprinkle a little sugar on top.
05 - Lightly spray your air fryer basket with some nonstick spray.
06 - Cook the balls in batches, leaving about 2 inches of space between them. Fry at 330°F for 7–8 minutes until they turn golden. Serve them warm.
