Take the biscuits out of the can, split each one into two thinner layers, and press them into 4-inch rounds. You’ll end up making 16 circles.

Put about a tablespoon of the blueberry filling right in the middle of each circle.

Pinch the edges together with your hands to seal the dough up into balls.

Coat both the tops and bottoms of each ball lightly with melted butter, then sprinkle a little sugar on top.

Lightly spray your air fryer basket with some nonstick spray.

Cook the balls in batches, leaving about 2 inches of space between them. Fry at 330°F for 7–8 minutes until they turn golden. Serve them warm.
