# Ingredients List:

→ Crust Mix

01 - Sugar, 50 g
02 - Melted butter, 115 g unsalted
03 - A pinch of salt (if you like)
04 - Graham cracker crumbs, 240 g

→ Filling Mix

05 - Lightly softened cream cheese, 227 g
06 - Butterscotch chips, 170 g
07 - One large egg
08 - Sugar, 65 g
09 - Vanilla extract, 1 tsp
10 - Sour cream, 80 ml

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Let the bars cool all the way. Pop them in the fridge for at least two hours before slicing.
02 - Bake for around 30 to 35 minutes. The middle should feel a little wobbly but not wet.
03 - Spread the cream cheese filling over the crust evenly. Top with butterscotch chips scattered around.
04 - Whip the cream cheese smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and creamy.
05 - Stir crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt if you want in a bowl. Press the mix down firmly on the bottom of your pan.
06 - Turn your oven on to 163°C. Line your baking pan with parchment paper, making sure some hangs over the edges to lift out easy.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - For neat cuts, warm up your knife first. Keep extras in the fridge up to 5 days. Sprinkling just a bit of sea salt on top really ramps up the taste.
