Coconut Lemon Strawberry (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 120 ml regular water
02 - 100 g granulated sugar
03 - 180 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 4 lemons)
04 - 450 g strawberries, washed and halved
05 - 480 ml coconut water

→ Optional

06 - Splash some sparkling water in your glass at the very end if you’re into that

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Once your mix is ice-cold from the fridge, pour it into glasses packed with ice cubes. Top it with sparkling water when you’re ready to sip—only if you’re feeling a little extra.
02 - Pour your blended strawberry-lemon mix into a big jug. Add your coconut water, then stir in as much of the chilled syrup as you want—try 60 ml to start, and toss in more if your sweet tooth says yes.
03 - Drop your strawberries and lemon juice in a blender. Run it until you get a silky smooth liquid. That’s your fruity base.
04 - Mix sugar with water in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Heat for about one and a half minutes. Take it out and stir hard until you can’t find any sugar left. Cool it off well in your fridge before using.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - If you want loads of juice from your lemons, pop them in the microwave for half a minute and smash them around on your counter.
02 - Add a splash of booze or bubbles to make it grown-up. Or freeze extra mix to make popsicles.
