# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - Chop 6 slices of bread into small pieces

02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 60 ml (around 1/4 cup) milk
04 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 55 g (about 1/4 cup) brown sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 3 large eggs

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - In a big bowl, whisk eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until they've come together and look smooth.
02 - Drop your bread cubes right into the bowl and stir them until everything's coated and soaked—don't leave any dry parts hiding down there.
03 - Give your air fryer rack a light spray of oil, set the soaked bread cubes out in a single layer with space all around them.
04 - Put them in to air fry, and when you're halfway, shake everything up so every bite gets cooked on all sides.
05 - Take the hot, golden bites out, load up any toppings you dig, and dig in while they're fresh.
