Let the chicken sit out for 5 minutes before you start serving. This keeps it juicy and extra tasty.

Turn your oven to 190°C first. Spray your baking dish with something nonstick to make cleanup easier.

Now move those browned chicken breasts and all that good sauce into your baking dish. Add shredded jack cheese all over the top. Pop it in the oven uncovered for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the whole thing is bubbly.

Toss in the chopped garlic and the paprika. Give it a good stir for about a minute so it smells awesome.

Drop some butter into a big pan over medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken, then cook each side until it looks golden—should take 5 or 6 minutes per side.
