# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Once it’s out of the oven, top with whatever extras you like. Enjoy hot with some fresh veggie sticks or crunchy tortilla chips.
02 - Let it cook for 25 to 30 minutes, until it’s bubbling around the edges and the top is a little golden.
03 - Pour everything into your greased dish and smooth it out. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese right on top.
04 - Stir the beef you just made into the creamy bean mix. Make sure it’s all spread through evenly.
05 - Toss cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, salsa, green chiles, half of your cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder into a big bowl. Mix it all together until it’s nice and smooth.
06 - Add your taco seasoning and water to the browned beef. Let that simmer for another couple minutes, just until it thickens up.
07 - Grab a skillet and cook the ground beef over medium heat. Make sure all the pink is gone, then pour off extra fat.
08 - Turn your oven on to 175°C. Give a 23×23 cm baking pan a quick spray or some oil so stuff doesn’t stick.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - You can get this ready the day before. Just pop it in the fridge and bake when you’re set.
02 - Like things spicy? Sprinkle in some cayenne or grab a hot salsa for a little kick.
