                Once it’s out of the oven, top with whatever extras you like. Enjoy hot with some fresh veggie sticks or crunchy tortilla chips.

                Let it cook for 25 to 30 minutes, until it’s bubbling around the edges and the top is a little golden.

                Pour everything into your greased dish and smooth it out. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese right on top.

                Toss cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, salsa, green chiles, half of your cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder into a big bowl. Mix it all together until it’s nice and smooth.

                Add your taco seasoning and water to the browned beef. Let that simmer for another couple minutes, just until it thickens up.

                Grab a skillet and cook the ground beef over medium heat. Make sure all the pink is gone, then pour off extra fat.

                Turn your oven on to 175°C. Give a 23×23 cm baking pan a quick spray or some oil so stuff doesn’t stick.
