                Add some marinara on top of each one, sprinkle plenty of mozzarella over them, then stick the tray back in the oven for about 5 minutes so the cheese is all gooey.

                Slip the tin into your hot oven. Let everything get golden and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes is usually just right.

                Scoop the chicken mixture into your muffin tray, making sure each spot gets the same amount. Press gently so it fills out the corners.

                Dump the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, herbs, and seasonings in a big bowl. Give everything a good mix but don’t get too crazy with it.

                Kick off by heating up the oven to 190°C. Hit your muffin tray with a little oil so things don’t stick.
