Chicken Garlic Parmesan Loaf (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 60 ml marinara sauce
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 60 g breadcrumbs
04 - 60 ml milk
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 450 g ground chicken
08 - 30 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
09 - Salt and black pepper, as much as you like
10 - 60 g parmesan cheese, grated
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Add some marinara on top of each one, sprinkle plenty of mozzarella over them, then stick the tray back in the oven for about 5 minutes so the cheese is all gooey.
02 - Slip the tin into your hot oven. Let everything get golden and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes is usually just right.
03 - Scoop the chicken mixture into your muffin tray, making sure each spot gets the same amount. Press gently so it fills out the corners.
04 - Dump the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, herbs, and seasonings in a big bowl. Give everything a good mix but don’t get too crazy with it.
05 - Kick off by heating up the oven to 190°C. Hit your muffin tray with a little oil so things don’t stick.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Don't go overboard mixing—stir just until things come together or your meatloaf will turn out tough.
