# Ingredients List:

→ Chicken

01 - About 680 grams of skinless chicken breasts, 4 pieces

→ Marinade

02 - Minced garlic, 4 cloves
03 - 120 ml honey
04 - 60 ml Dijon mustard
05 - 30 ml lemon juice squeezed fresh
06 - 30 ml soy sauce, low salt
07 - 30 ml olive oil

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Put the chicken in a zip-top bag or dish. Pour the marinade on. Seal it tight and chill for at least half an hour, or up to four hours.
02 - Stir honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce together until well blended.
03 - Get your grill going at medium-high heat, around 190 degrees Celsius.
04 - Take chicken out of the marinade and toss what's left. Grill each side for 6 to 7 minutes till golden and the inside hits 74 degrees Celsius.
05 - Let the chicken sit for 5 minutes before cutting. You can add some fresh herbs on top if you like.
