Put the chicken in a zip-top bag or dish. Pour the marinade on. Seal it tight and chill for at least half an hour, or up to four hours.

Stir honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce together until well blended.

Get your grill going at medium-high heat, around 190 degrees Celsius.

Take chicken out of the marinade and toss what's left. Grill each side for 6 to 7 minutes till golden and the inside hits 74 degrees Celsius.

Let the chicken sit for 5 minutes before cutting. You can add some fresh herbs on top if you like.
