Turn the oven on and set it to 200°C so it's ready.

Break eggs into a bowl and add cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Mix it all up well so it’s even.

Put the egg mix into a non-stick pan you lightly greased. Keep stirring on medium heat until the eggs are almost done.

Stir half the bacon bits (around 90 ml) into the eggs. Take the pan off the heat when it’s mixed in nicely.

Cut the English muffins in half and put them cut side up on a baking tray.

Spread a little chili sauce on each muffin half, then add the bacon and egg mix over the top evenly.

Scatter shredded cheese over the eggs and finish by adding the rest of the bacon bits on top.

Put the tray in the hot oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted all the way.

Take them out of the oven and dig in right away.
