# Ingredients List:

→ Spices

01 - 5 g chili powder
02 - 2.5 g onion powder
03 - 0.6 g ground black pepper
04 - 2.5 g kosher salt
05 - 1.25 g garlic powder
06 - 2.5 g ground cumin

07 - 30 ml olive oil

→ Protein

08 - 900 g chicken breasts, skin and bones removed

→ Optional Garnishes

09 - Chopped fresh cilantro
10 - Fresh lime juice

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Get your grill nice and hot between 190°C and 232°C. Don't forget to coat the grill grates or pan with a bit of oil so the chicken won’t stick.
02 - Put together the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, onion powder, and salt in a small bowl. Give it a good stir so it’s all blended.
03 - Pour olive oil over the chicken breasts. Rub the spice mix all over the chicken so every bit is covered.
04 - Lay the chicken on the hot grill. Cook each side for around 6 to 8 minutes. Flip once and keep going until the inside hits 74°C and it’s done, about 12 to 15 minutes total.
05 - If you want, squeeze some fresh lime juice on top and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before digging in.
