# Ingredients List:

→ Main

01 - 900 g salmon fillet

→ Veggies

02 - 12 cherry tomatoes
03 - 2 medium zucchinis, cut into slices

→ Sauce

04 - 30 ml honey
05 - 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
06 - 60 ml fresh lemon juice
07 - 15 g chopped fresh dill
08 - Salt and black pepper to taste, about 0.5 g each

→ Extras

09 - 15 ml olive oil
10 - Lemon slices, optional

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C. Lightly oil a big baking pan using spray or a bit of oil.
02 - Whisk honey, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and half the salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spread this glaze all over the salmon on both sides. Put the fish in the middle of your baking pan and if you want, lay some lemon slices on top.
03 - Sprinkle the rest of the salt and pepper on the zucchini and tomatoes. Pour olive oil over them and spread around the salmon evenly.
04 - Bake for about 15 minutes in the hot oven.
05 - Turn on the broiler and cook for 3 to 5 more minutes until the top gets a light brown. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
06 - Take it out and serve right away while it’s warm.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - You can change how sweet or tangy it is by adding more honey or lemon juice.
02 - Make sure the salmon is cooked through. It should be 63°C inside.
03 - Broil times can be different depending on your oven. Watch closely so nothing burns.
