07 - 1 small cabbage, cored and chopped up
08 - 1 bell pepper, diced
09 - 1 yellow onion, diced
10 - 450 grams minced beef

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Once everything’s cooked, sprinkle over all that cheddar. Pop the lid on and let it get melty. You can dig in now. If you don’t mind carbs, go ahead and spoon it over some rice.
02 - Throw in your chopped cabbage, canned tomatoes, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and the black pepper. Give it all a big stir, clamp on the lid, and cook for about 20–25 minutes. Check and stir sometimes. Once the cabbage softens up, you’re good to go.
03 - Next, toss in the diced onion and chopped bell pepper. Let them sauté in your pan for 3 to 4 minutes so they get a bit soft.
04 - Grab your large skillet and let it heat on medium. Break up your minced beef as it cooks. Drain most fat off, but leave a little for taste.
