Mint Lemon Fizz (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Beverage Base

01 - Plenty of ice, for chilling
02 - 2 cups cold sparkling water
03 - A small bunch of mint leaves, chopped super fine (10 or so)
04 - Half a cup of regular white sugar
05 - 1 cup of tart lemon juice (about 4 lemons squeezed fresh)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Drop some ice cubes into every glass. Pour the fizzy lemon-mint drink over the top. Toss in a mint leaf if you want. Hand out right away.
02 - In your biggest pitcher, first add the sparkling water. Then pour in the minty lemon blend. Give it a light stir, don’t work it too much.
03 - Toss in your chopped mint and let it just sit in the lemon-sugar mix for five minutes so the flavors get cozy.
04 - Stir the sugar into your lemon juice right in a mixing bowl. Keep going until all the grains disappear.
05 - Grab your lemons and juice them up until you’ve got a cup. Strain to pick out seeds and chunky bits.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - If you like things less sugary, use less sugar or swap in your favorite sweetener.
