Minty Peach Lemonade (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Peach Lemonade Ingredients

01 - 4 to 5 juicy peaches
02 - Some fresh mint leaves (about 15 ml), plus a few extra to toss on later
03 - 2 litres lemonade, any homemade batch or grab some from the store

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Stick your lemonade in the fridge if you want it super cold. Pour 2 litres into a pitcher, homemade or store-bought—whatever you like.
02 - Set out your peaches, wash them well, slice them up, and ditch the pits. Save a handful of slices on the side for topping off your drinks.
03 - Pop the extra peach slices into a blender with the mint leaves and about a cup of your lemonade. Whiz it up 'til you've got a smooth puree.
04 - If you want it really smooth, pour your puree through a mesh strainer into your big pitcher. If you don't mind a pulpy sip, skip this step.
05 - Dump the rest of your lemonade into the pitcher and give it a good stir with the peach-mint blend. Toss in those saved peach slices and maybe a few lemon wheels if you want to show off.
06 - Fill up ice in your glasses, pour in your homemade drink, and top with a mint sprig or a peach slice. Enjoy it cold!

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Just before you pour, pop in a couple bright lemon wheels and mint leaves on top for good looks.
02 - If you want your drink to stay tasty, keep the ice in each glass, not in the main pitcher. That way it won't get watered down.
