Pineapple Bacon BBQ Burger (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
03 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
04 - 450 g ground beef

→ Toppings & Assembly

05 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
06 - 4 burger buns
07 - 4 slices beef bacon
08 - 4 pineapple slices
09 - 60 ml barbecue sauce
10 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Switch the oven on to 190°C and toss some parchment paper on a baking sheet to keep things from sticking.
02 - Mix up the beef, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Work it together well, then form 4 patties.
03 - Toss the beef bacon into a skillet on medium. Cook until nice and crunchy. Rest the strips on some paper towels so they aren’t greasy.
04 - Put all the patties onto the tray and slide the whole thing into your oven for about 15 minutes.
05 - After those 15 minutes, add pineapple beside the patties. Let everything bake together for 5 minutes longer.
06 - Grab your buns and slather barbecue sauce inside. Pile up lettuce, a beef patty, a baked pineapple ring, bacon, and onion. Eat right away while it’s hot!

# Helpful Notes:

01 - If you want more crunch, toast the insides of your buns first.
