01 - One pack of chilled pizza dough

→ Sauce

02 - 120 ml of tomato marinara sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 25 g Parmesan cheese, grated
04 - 170 g mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Meat

05 - 60 g sliced pepperoni (you can skip this if you want)

→ Seasonings

06 - One tablespoon olive oil
07 - One tablespoon Italian herb mix

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Get the slices warm and have some extra marinara sauce ready for dipping.
02 - Pop the tray into the oven you've warmed up and let it bake for 12 to 15 minutes till it’s golden and bubbly.
03 - Drizzle a little olive oil on top, then sprinkle more Italian herbs and Parmesan to finish.
04 - Lay the rolled slices on a baking tray lined with parchment, spacing them out so they don’t stick.
05 - Roll the dough up firmly from one side to the other, then chop it into pieces about 2.5 cm thick.
06 - Scatter Italian seasoning on top of the cheese and add some grated Parmesan.
07 - Spread mozzarella all over the sauce and toss pepperoni slices on if you’re adding them.
