# Ingredients List:

01 - 10 ml sea salt
02 - 2.5 ml onion powder
03 - 15 ml nutritional yeast
04 - 2.5 ml garlic powder
05 - 10 ml dried Italian herb mix

06 - 60 ml walnuts
07 - 120 ml almonds
08 - 120 ml cashews

→ Other Ingredients

09 - 80 ml chopped sun-dried tomatoes
10 - 15 ml olive oil

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 163°C and let it get ready.
02 - Mix up garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, Italian herbs, and salt in a small bowl until well joined.
03 - Toss the almonds, cashews, and walnuts together in a medium-sized bowl.
04 - Pour olive oil over the nuts and sprinkle the seasoning. Stir everything well so it’s all covered nicely.
05 - Lay the nut mix on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes. Take it out and let it cool totally.
06 - Once cool, stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes so they mix in well.
07 - Put your mix in a sealed container and keep it somewhere cool and dry.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Tweak the spices however you like, and add some red pepper flakes to bring some heat. If your sun-dried tomatoes come packed in oil, drain them well to keep the mix from getting soggy.
