Mix up garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, Italian herbs, and salt in a small bowl until well joined.

Toss the almonds, cashews, and walnuts together in a medium-sized bowl.

Pour olive oil over the nuts and sprinkle the seasoning. Stir everything well so it’s all covered nicely.

Lay the nut mix on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes. Take it out and let it cool totally.

Once cool, stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes so they mix in well.

Put your mix in a sealed container and keep it somewhere cool and dry.
