If your peanut butter feels stiff, pop it in the microwave for 15 to 30 seconds until it's soft and smooth.

Grab a medium bowl and stir together the protein powder, peanut butter, and 22 ml of Greek yogurt. Put in some maple syrup if you want it sweeter or if your protein powder isn’t flavored.

Keep stirring until everything's smooth. Add more Greek yogurt up to 30 ml to make it feel like dough if needed.
