Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil a large casserole dish.

Use a big pot on medium heat. Cook chicken breasts about 6 or 7 minutes on each side until cooked through and nicely browned.

Bring salted water to a boil in another pot. Cook spaghetti for about 8 to 10 minutes until firm but cooked. Drain and put aside.

In a big bowl, stir together shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, chopped peppers, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and half the cheddar. Mix it well until it's all blended.

Put the mix in the greased casserole dish. Top with the rest of the cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until it’s bubbly and the cheese turns golden.

After baking, let the casserole sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the sliced green onions on top before you serve.
