01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
02 - 100 grams white sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon squeeze
04 - 1 pound strawberries, cleaned, tops removed, chopped small

05 - 12 wrappers for egg rolls
06 - Water, to seal the edges

→ Topping

07 - Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and throw in your cream cheese, sugar, and lemon squeeze. Beat it with your mixer at medium until it's nice and smooth. Gently stir in your chopped strawberries.
02 - Lay a wrapper flat on your counter. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of your strawberry cream cheese mix right in the middle. Dab some water around the edges.
03 - Take the bottom corner and pull it over your filling. Give it one roll to cover the filling completely. Now bring in both side corners toward the middle and keep rolling. Add a bit more water if needed to make sure it sticks.
04 - Lightly coat the outside of your rolls with some cooking oil.
05 - Heat your air fryer to 400°F first. Then put your rolls in and cook about 4-5 minutes, turning them over halfway. They should look golden brown. You might need to cook in batches.
06 - Let your rolls cool down on a plate. Before serving, shake some powdered sugar on top.
