Strawberry Cheesecake Oats (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - Zest and squeeze from half a lemon
02 - 3 tablespoons of softened cream cheese
03 - A quarter cup of strawberries, chopped up
04 - 0 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, your call
05 - Just a pinch of salt
06 - Half a teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or some ground flax
08 - Two-thirds cup any milk you like (as long as it’s unsweetened)
09 - Half a cup rolled oats
10 - A third cup plain Greek yogurt

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Put the lid on nice and tight, then let it hang out in the fridge for four hours or so—or even better, leave it overnight. That gives the oats time to soak everything up and brings all the flavors together.
02 - Once you’re done mixing, spoon the whole thing into a sealed jar or any container with a snug top.
03 - Grab a mixing bowl and toss in Greek yogurt, oats, your milk, chia or flax, vanilla, a bit of salt, honey or syrup, soft cream cheese, plus the lemon zest and juice. Whisk until it's all smooth. Drop the strawberries in last and gently fold them in.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - If you want it sweeter, just add more honey or maple syrup to fit what you like.
