                Grab your serving glasses and set them aside so you’re good to go once blending is done.

                Throw the frozen banana, pineapple, coconut yogurt, and 310 ml coconut milk into your blender. Give it a blitz until it’s nice and smooth. If it feels too thick, pour in more coconut milk little by little until it’s creamy.

                Drop the cold strawberries in your food processor and blend until you’ve got a super smooth puree.

                Spoon some pineapple mix into the bottom of each glass. Scoop in some strawberry puree and make a little swirl with a butter knife. Repeat the layers two more times. Finish with a final pretty swirl of strawberry on top.

                Drink up right after you make it. If you don't care about the layers, you can toss everything in the blender and mix it all together for a classic, smooth sip.
