# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Turn the oven to 425°F (218°C). Spread the tots on a baking tray. Cook them for about 30 minutes until golden and crispy, checking the package directions.
02 - While the tots bake, heat your sausage gravy and stir in cayenne or red pepper flakes if you want it spicy.
03 - Heat a large nonstick pan over medium. Pour in the beaten eggs with salt and pepper. Cook until mostly set but a little soft.
