Lavender Mojito Drink (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Lavender Syrup (Quick Version)

01 - 120 ml bottled lavender syrup like Torani or any favorite brand

→ Lavender Syrup (Homemade Style)

02 - 120 ml water
03 - 100 g white sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon dried edible lavender

→ Mocktail Main Mix

05 - 720 ml sparkling water or club soda
06 - 1 cup fresh mint
07 - 120 ml lavender syrup (either version)
08 - Ice cubes (use as much as you need)
09 - 120 ml fresh lime juice (roughly 4–5 limes)

→ Toppings (Optional)

10 - Edible blossoms (lavender or others)
11 - Mint tips
12 - Lime wedges or wheels

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Drop some ice into glasses and fill them up with your pretty mocktail. Toss on some mint, lime slices, or a few edible flowers right before you drink.
02 - Put the mint in a big pitcher and press it a little to get that fresh scent. Next, pour in the lime juice and lavender syrup. Add plenty of ice, then top it all off with bubbly water. Gently give it a light stir (don’t mix too hard or you'll lose those bubbles).
03 - Add water, sugar, and dried lavender to a small pot. Warm over mid-heat, stirring till sugar vanishes. Let it bubble gently for a moment, then take it off the heat and let it sit around five minutes. Strain into a jar, toss out the lavender bits, and let your syrup cool down before you use it.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Skip homemade syrup if you’re in a rush—store-bought syrup still brings big flavor and saves you time.
