Cheesy Bites (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 package (16.3 oz) cold biscuit dough tubes (8 count)
02 - 4 oz mozzarella cheese, diced into 16 tiny chunks
03 - 32 miniature pepperoni rounds (roughly 2 oz)
04 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted down
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan

→ For Serving

08 - Warm marinara sauce

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C). Put parchment on a baking tray or just grease it lightly.
02 - Pop open the tube and break apart all 8 biscuits. Slice each one down the middle to get 16 pieces. Press each piece flat into a 3-inch round.
03 - Drop a mozzarella chunk and 2 pepperoni rounds right in the middle of each flattened dough circle.
04 - Pull the dough edges up and over the goodies inside. Squeeze tight to lock everything in. Roll them gently in your hands to make nice balls. Set them on your tray with the sealed part down, keeping them about 2 inches from each other.
05 - Grab a small bowl and stir together your melted butter, garlic powder and Italian herbs. Brush this tasty mix all over the tops of your dough balls. Scatter Parmesan on top.
06 - Stick them in your hot oven for about 12-15 minutes until they turn a nice golden color.
07 - Let them sit for 5 minutes after coming out. Serve them while they're still warm with some marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - These cheesy balls are awesome for watching sports, throwing parties, or feeding hungry kids after school.
02 - Watch out when you first bite in - that cheese inside gets super hot and might burn your mouth.
03 - Want more kick? Throw some red pepper flakes in your butter mix or swap in hot pepperoni instead.
